HOW TO TONE YOUR JAWS AND MASSETER MUSCLES?

Strengthening the facial muscles work on the same principle as strengthening any other body part. So, it is appropriate that you first listen to your body, how it reacts to the load, and stop immediately in case of any pain.

However, you can easily avoid many complications – if you know how to use the device correctly and then how to maximize its potential. There are more specific methods of strengthening, we will mention just the basic ones. You can easily modify them according to your needs and feeling over time.

OUR WELL-PROVEN METHOD

In the case of Winbuilders, we always recommend our customers to take out two tools at once and place them on the lower grinders so that the curved part with holes points against the biting surface of the teeth. Insert the tools at the same level of the teeth on the left and right sides to avoid uneven loading.

Then bite briefly and loosen. Then repeat this step for 1-2 minutes, 3 to 5 times a day. Under no circumstances should you bite in the eyeteeth – you would risk damaging the equipment and, in addition, you would strengthen bad muscles.

OTHER POPULAR METHOD

If you want to experiment, in jaw-strengthening circles we can find another popular method – it is focused primarily on high intensity and time savings.

As with the previous tool, we insert it into the area of the grinders. These are directly created for chewing. If you ever come across instructions recommending chewing in cutter teeth, we recommend not to follow, because you will achieve no effect.

  1. Warm your jaw muscles by opening and closing your mouth as wide as possible, at least ten times in a row.
  2. Start with 40 slow bites.
  3. Relax for 2 minutes.
  4. Perform 70 bites at full force with a one-second pause at the end of each.
  5. Relax for 2 minutes.
  6. Perform 50 bites at full force without any pause.
  7. Relax for 2 minutes.
  8. Stretch your jaw muscles by opening your mouth as wide as possible and hold this position for 20-30 seconds.

Perform this exercise only once a day.

If you train carefully, the first results will appear within two weeks, a visible transformation within a month, and a significant improvement after about two months.

The growth of your masseter muscles will depend on the intensity of your chewing. However, your diet also plays a role – you understand muscles only grow if we consume enough protein every day.

It is recommended to exercise five times a week at the most. The body needs time to rest, during which the already mentioned growth takes place most intensively.

Before introducing the methods, let us point out that the device needs to be rinsed with lukewarm water before each use. The oral cavity is naturally full of bacteria and therefore the tool needs to be kept perfectly clean.
